Present Laughter by Noel Coward

Our intensively rehearsed, Summer Project is taking shape, a different, special experience performed in new surroundings!

The Play……….

The Venue…….

Rookesbury Park, Wickham, a historic gem built in 1824 set in 400 acres; formerly a school is now an events venue. Elegant and family run, Rookesbury offers a blend of timeless charm and modern amenities, making it a perfect venue for this opulent and stylish setting of Noel Coward’s sharp satirical comedy!

We plan to create a theatre space in the main hall and there will be eating opportunities and a bar of course – as well as the lovely surrounding grounds.

The play, set in the 1930’s, is rich in characters – 6 female and 5 male
